nata results 2022: NATA results declared by Council of Architecture; here’s how to check

The Council of Architecture conducts the National Aptitude Test in Architecture multiple times a year. The last examination was held on 12th June 2022. Results for the first session of the examination are out and are available on the official website, www.nata.in.

The candidate’s mark sheet would contain the aggregate marks scored and the ranking. Section-wise marks and their qualification status would also be displayed online.

The process to check the results is as follows –

  • Visit www.nata.in. This is the official website of the Council of Architecture
  • On the home page, click on the registration link for NATA 2022
  • Log into your account by entering your user ID and password
  • The next screen would show you the marks that you have scored
  • You can also download the mark sheet from the website and use it for future reference

While the first examination was held on 12th June, the second one is scheduled for 7th July 2022, for which the results are expected on 15th July 2022. After that, the Council of Architecture will also conduct a third examination this year. The third examination is scheduled for 7th August 2022, and the expected date for result declaration is 16th August 2022.

The NATA examination is held to pick students for the 5-year Bachelor of Architecture degree. Once candidates clear the NATA examination, they can get admission to approved architecture education institutions across India. So, candidates who qualify in the first NATA exams can be admitted to the B. Arch course. To qualify for the entrance examination for the B. Arch. Course, candidates must score the minimum cut-off marks that NATA specifies yearly. Furthermore, candidates should also achieve a minimum cut-off total, as determined by NATA.

Unsuccessful candidates can appear for the subsequent examinations to qualify for the B. Arch. Course.
