Prince William News: Prince William apparently felt relieved when Prince Harry moved. Here’s why

Katie Nicholl, a royal family insider, revealed several insights regarding the tension surrounding the royal couples William-Kate and Harry-Meghan. According to Katie, William had always hoped that Harry would be his wingman, and the brothers had a plan in place for them to collaborate and support each other.

While William was furious that Harry was standing down from major royal roles and leaving England (he even convened a dramatic meeting with royal aides called the “Anmer Summit”), a source indicated that he and Kate were pleased that the drama was over. He further stated that to this date William cannot forgive his brother.

Anyway, Katie said that William had a significant lack of faith in his brother. But it’s likely that the now Prince of Wales just doesn’t understand Harry’s approach to public life. According to a top aide, actually, the more you learn about the Sussexes’ attitude to these issues, the more it appears to be Californian, far more linked with activism and fame than it is with royalty. The purpose of royalty is that it is the sole institution that connects civic society, the charitable sphere, and the establishment. The Sussexes are well aware that they cannot compete with them. The main thing is that they aren’t even trying. What they are doing is making a difference in their political and humanitarian realm, which is fantastic.

According to a friend, King Charles is still sad and disappointed about Harry, but he has always stated that his love for Harry is unconditional. But, at the very least, he appears to be eager to meet his grandchildren!
