In the video, Kohli could be seen looking up in the heavens, probably asking the almighty ‘what else do you want me to do’.

The reaction seemed like a mix of regret, dejection, bafflement and frustration as Kohli kept finding new ways of getting dismissed. The man who carries his heart on his sleeve, and has given happiness to millions of fans with his batting is suddenly finding it tough to do what he does best.

As fans and pundits continue to worry about the lack of runs from Kohli’s bat, RCB skipper Faf du Plessis said that the talismanic batter is seeing the lighter side of things.

“He (Virat Kohli) is seeing the lighter side of it, every single way that you can possibly get out is happening to him. That’s how the game works,” said Du Plessis.

As for the match, RCB never managed to put them in the race to chase the gigantic target of 210 runs that PBKS had set. With the bat, Glenn Maxwell was the Royal Challengers’ top scorer with an effort of 35 runs from 22 balls. Barring him, no other batter even crossed the 30-run mark.
